Ana has 20+ years executive search and leadership advisory experience.

She was born in Romania, educated in Israel and USA, and lived and worked in Israel, USA and several African countries where she worked for UN and WHO, building and operating refugees’ camps in Sudan, Ethiopia and Somalia.

Upon returning to Romania, early 2000’s, after 2 years of building up and managing the medical operations of SOS Medical (first private emergency services company in Romania) she took over the local office of P&P InterSearch and positioned the company in top 5 local executive search providers, focusing on senior-level hires, executive onboarding, and leadership advisory. She is responsible for serving a variety of clients in Romania and across the CEE region.

Ana personally focuses on executing executive search assignments in Technical Sectors including Manufacturing, Industrial, Automotive, Energy, as well as Agribusiness, FMCG and Life Sciences sectors.

She is currently the Global Sustainability Leader of InterSearch Worldwide, a top 10 global executive search network, and she also serves as Global Board Member in Interim Management Worldwide, the largest interim management network in the world.

Ana holds a Bachelor of Science, with a major in Public Health Administration, from the University of Tel-Aviv, Israel and an MBA (MPH) from Massachusetts University of Boston, USA.

Besides native Romanian she is fluent in English and conversational in Hebrew, has a good understanding of French and Italian and basic Arabic and Spanish.
