Executive Onboarding & Transition
Once new leaders are in their roles, we can support their ability to make a quick impact in the role through senior executive onboarding, team effectiveness assessment and alignment.
1. We complement our executive search process with Team FIT assessment – using an AI digital hiring toolkit that adds value throughout the entire hiring process for clients and candidates. The added value is brought by a unique team- and competency- based evaluation designed to help team leaders use proprietary team and talent data to make better hiring decisions.
The AI platform we use includes tools for team evaluation and development, hiring, onboarding, and succession planning because it reveals critical aspects of team culture and other hard-to-define factors with a unique team-based approach.
When hiring, the platform helps to identify potential gaps and understand what characteristics to look for in a candidate to complement the existing team.
2. A well-designed Executive Onboarding process can contribute to the Executive’s quick adaptation to the organization and sets the stage for leadership success. P&P InterSearch provides you with one of the best tools the board must establish the leadership of the new Executive and assist him or her to rapidly resume the pace of work needed to advance the organization toward its vision.

Interim Mangement
Taking advantage of 20+ years of experience on the local market and deep knowledge of local executives, interim management was a natural add-on to our core executive search services, developed as a separate business line.
Our Interim Managers can replace, supplement or coach your managers on a short-term or long-term basis. They have extensive practical experience across a broad range of functions and industries and are usually available to start and assignment within days for project-based assignments or within weeks for a longer-term replacement.
If in former times interim managers were brought in to deal with crisis situations, in the latest years interim managers are involved more in projects aiming to accelerate change during growth or transformation processes.
We offer interim management services through our Interim Management Advisor sister company in Romania, associated to one of the oldest and biggest networks of Interim Management in the world, Interim Management Worldwide.
Management Advisory and Consultancy
Talent and potential should be used. We collect strengths and development potential from executives or experts in your company. We work with structured interviews, case studies, profiling or design a suitable assessment center. This way you know which skills and development opportunities are in your employees and can act accordingly, e.g. in M&A or restructuring processes.
Personal Efficiency Program
PEP® is an effective and proven approach to workflow management. PEP® is not a seminar nor is it done in a remote location. The PEP® program takes place within your own company in your actual working environment.
The PEP® program consist of two short theory blocks in which the basic PEP® principles are presented and discussed after which each participant is individually coached in their work environment. In addition, each participant receives a number of follow up visits over 2 to 3 months by a certified PEP® coach to help the participant implement the changes they desire. It is not enough to only read about PEP®. It is an action program. Every step in the process is implemented in practice.
