With a strong portfolio of strategic accounts within the bakery and confectionery industries, our client is expanding its presence in both the Romanian and international markets. THE ROLE
The Brand Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in shaping and executing Our Client’s marketing and brand strategy. This is a hands-on role responsible for overseeing brand management, coordinating marketing campaigns, and working closely with both internal teams and external agencies to promote Our Client’s products and services.
The successful candidate will focus on digital marketing, social media, and the development of marketing materials, while ensuring alignment with Our Client’s long-term goals and values.
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, this role requires a mix of creativity and strategic thinking, along with strong execution skills since will have no direct subordinates (but will work with Group marketing team and agencies).
The Brand Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for consolidating Our Client’s brands, managing brand communication, and driving key marketing initiatives across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Management:
- Develop and execute Our Client’s brand strategy, ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Oversee brand communication, ensuring it aligns with Our Client’s values and goals.
- Work closely with the Sales and Product Development teams to create compelling marketing materials and presentations that support business objectives.
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for both B2B and B2C clients, with a focus on digital marketing.
- Manage campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, content marketing and paid advertising.
- Coordinate with external agencies to create content, manage digital presence and optimize campaigns.
Digital Marketing & Social Media:
- Lead Our Client’s digital marketing initiatives, including managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, etc.).
- Work with agencies to optimize SEO and PPC campaigns, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.
- Develop and implement content strategies for social media platforms, including blog posts, videos, and other digital content.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, using insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports on key metrics.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, adjusting campaigns as needed.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Operations, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Assist in organizing events and trade shows to promote Our Client’s brand and build relationships with clients and partners.
THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, strategic, and execution-oriented, with a strong understanding of B2B marketing dynamics. You should feel comfortable working autonomously, managing competing priorities, and contributing proactively to a high-performance marketing team. Mandatory Technical Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in brand management, marketing coordination or digital marketing.
- Strong experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media, content marketing and paid advertising.
- Familiarity with marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms, content management systems, etc.).
- Ability to develop and implement brand strategies that resonate with both B2B and B2C clients.
Desirable Background:
- Experience in the food industry or related sectors (ingredients, packaging, etc.).
- Knowledge of content creation and creative strategies for digital platforms, particularly social media.
- Experience working with external marketing agencies and managing vendor relationships.
