LOCATION: Bucharest, Ilfov, Arges, Prahova

Our client is is one of the leading companies in the segment of textile management. In 2022, our client was voted again one of Germany’s brands of the century. The company currently serves about 200,000 companies from more than 47 locations Europe-wide and dresses their employees with suitable and protective workwear, supplies wipers, oil-trapping and dust-control mats or clean operations, helps to maintain hygienic washrooms and offers high-quality products for occupational safety as well as technical equipment.
THE ROLE
We are searching for a dynamic Hunter profile to join our clients’ sales team covering the regions of Bucharest, Ilfov, Arges and Prahova who will be focused on direct, door-to-door sales targeting automotive services, factories, warehouses, and more. Working closely with the regional headquarters in Hungary; fluency or at least conversational level in Hungarian is mandatory as many local business partners do not speak English. He / she will manage the full lifecycle of the product from delivery to retrieval of used products, ensuring a sustainable service model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively hunt for new business opportunities in industries that handle challenging substances and require robust cleaning solutions.
- Engage in cold calling and door-to-door interactions to identify potential clients and introduce the benefits of the leasing model over single-use products.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to tailor pitches and product offerings directly to the unique challenges of each prospective client.
- Leverage industry knowledge to build credibility and trust, demonstrating an understanding of the environmental and operational impacts of clients’ businesses.
- Lead educational workshops or seminars on the benefits of sustainable, reusable textiles in industrial settings.
- Manage client objections and tailor solutions to meet environmental and regulatory standards, emphasizing cost efficiency and sustainability.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring terms are favorable and meet the strategic goals of both parties.
- Monitor client satisfaction and product usage, ensuring ongoing compliance with service standards and fostering repeat business.
- Adapt sales strategies based on market feedback and evolving industry trends to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be highly self-motivated, resilient, and capable of thriving in a competitive, fast-paced environment. The ideal person will exhibit a strong hunter mentality, proactively seeking out new sales opportunities and expertly navigating negotiations to close deals efficiently. Essential qualifications include:
- 2-5 years of direct sales experience, particularly in related industries; familiarity with local business culture is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas within a structured sales environment.
- Experience in negotiating and closing contracts, with a clear understanding of sales cycle dynamics.
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning and training to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record, necessary for frequent travel within the designated sales territories.
